What To Expect
Caviar de Neuvic

2.00Company not transparent because I did not visit the site but as it is very difficult to leave a comment on the ordering website I went through the visit. Moreover, this says a lot about their know-how, so-called French. Spanish caviar at French price.

5.00The guided tour of the site is really to be done, the explanations on sturgeon farming, bare-handed fishing of fish, of course that on voluntary basis, amuse the little ones and maybe even more the big ones. Learn to taste caviar. To close this very good time, we ate at the restaurant, very nice Service, excellent meal, very reasonable rate. Perfect.
Caviar and derivatives, how , how long, for this you have to be patient with angels.

5.00We were totally surprised about the organization, the beautiful and interesting tour. We learned a lot and at the end of the tour we were able to lift various sturgeons (in old age) out of the water in a basin with adapted clothing. We were finally spoiled in the tasting room. A master tastes his portion in 3 times.

5.00The place is very beautiful, the operation itself is impressive (with an extraordinary ecological approach!). The team is absolutely adorable and the caviar (and vodka:)) delicious. A great time for children also with small goats, "fishing" with sturgeon and tasting. Real good. Thank you for a memorable moment!

5.00We had a small group for the tour and tasting from the chateau we stayed at. I had no idea about the farming of sturgeon. Laurent gave us the tour and the area is beautiful and the information was fascinating. It was great fun and the caviar tasting was wonderful. This is a great thing to experience.
