  Hubert picked us up at the airport and took us to our hotel in Krakow. He is such a friendly chap, lovely manners and respectful…oh and a very good careful driver. He gave us plenty of useful information regarding our stay in Krakow. We arranged for him to take us to Auschwitz, Birkenhau and the Salt Mines in the same day for a very good price! Hubert organised our entry tickets, guides and timings of our trip for the whole day! We were a group of two couples. Hubert also collected us from our hotel to take us back to the airport, dropping us right at the doors! He was very thoughtful and came early as the traffic was very heavy and he was concerned that we had a plane to catch. I would highly recommend Hubert to all travellers, very reliable!

  Tomasz and Hubert were wonderful to us. They provided transportation to and from Krakow airport, along with private transportation to Aushwitz. They also arranged for a private guide for us at Aushwitz, which many people told us is difficult to obtain. We highly recommend the services of My Krakow Driver.

  Excellent thought provoking day. Be prepared though a lot of walking and mainly all outside. The guides do tend to rush so no time to linger and reflect. Well worth a visit though.

  Our transfer from Krakow to Auschwitz and back was wonderful. Our guide, driver, and friend, Hubert, was wonderful. He gave us a lot of information about the area, culture, history and people, as well as some wonderful restaurant recommendations when we returned. Booking direct worked very well and communication was excellent. The pricing for a private transfer was about the same as dealing with the hassle and risk of Uber or Bolt not being available in a large comfortable van.

  The trip was organised by Hubert from My Krakow Driver and he was so helpful, patient and informative. Especially when he was driving around 8 women who were not exactly punctual! He stopped for photo opportunities and for us to sample local delicacies. We booked 3 excursions with the company, Zakopane, Wieliczka and Auschwitz I highly recommend their services when visiting Krakow. Auschwitz itself was amazing, mind-blowing!   Our visit to Auschwitz was an impressive and profound experience. It is a place that makes you quiet and makes you think. Everything was very well organized and the information you get during the visit makes a deep impression. An important and valuable reminder of history. What really made this visit possible was our fantastic taxi driver. Thanks to his punctuality and commitment we arrived well in time. He had arranged everything down to the last detail and without his help our visit probably would not have been successful. A great service for which we are extremely grateful. Highly recommended – both the excursion itself and the service around it!

  Thank goodness we were recommended Tomasz when we visited Krakow this Easter. He organised our private tour of Auschwitz and then our visit to the Salt Mines, along with airport transfers and the transfers to our trips outside Krakow. His service was impeccable. We were updated via text message and email before we flew and whilst we were there. He arrived on time and made sure we knew exactly where we needed to be during our trips - not leaving us to try and deal with the queues etc.. in Auschwitz. He is super friendly and chatted away to us about Poland and key areas of interest as we drove to various sites. We cannot recommend him enough. I wouldn’t go to Krakow without using his services and have already passed on his details to our friends.

  Tomasz and Hubert are really fantastic. They gave us a solution to arrange a last minute tour to visit Austwitch and were super friendly from start to finish. I would definitely recommend them 100%. I give them 5 stars because it is not possible put more. Thank you Tomasz and Hubert!!

  We were totally looked after from start to finish. Everything was arranged to suit our needs. We decided to go on our last day and we were taken to airport after trip in plenty of time for flight. Drivers are amazing. Tomasz was friendly the car was comfy, and we felt very relaxed. These guys are the best.
