5.00Steve was an incredible tour guide. Personable, knowledgeable, prompt and responsive. Steve tailored the entire experience to our desires. There were four of us, and we fit very comfortably in his nice car and he took us all over town and even dropped us off at a restaurant that he recommended to us, which was wonderful. It really was a perfect experience.

5.00We are 4 gals traveling every year and make it a point to take at least one tour in each city we visit. This 3-hour tour by Steve was outstanding on a coldish day early May in Cleveland. Steve's historic knowledge of the city and its various neighborhoods gave us an excellent overview of Cleveland and we were impressed at how well laid out the city is. He suggested restaurants, what special exhibits at the various museums we might want to check out and what sights not to miss. At the end of the tour, he handed us a list of restaurants he recommended broken down by area as well as a sights to see list also broken down by area. I wish he had given the sheets to us at the start of the tour so I could make notes as we went along. We ended up going to 2 museums he recommended and several of the restaurants.

5.00For anyone looking to learn more about Cleveland's landmarks, architecture, neighborhoods, museums, parks, industry, market places, culture, history, events to attend, things to see, places to go, restaurants at which to dine -- this is the 3-hour van tour you want to take - and I probably have missed mentioning other things we learned and experienced, there was so much to take in. Steve, the leader of this tour, is a wealth of information about all of this, and even more. Most of the tour is a pass-by of all of the above, with a few key stops. Four of us went on the tour, including a couple who have lived in the greater Columbus area for a few decades and were amazed at the information they learned -- they came away with a new appreciation of this city. You can't go wrong booking this tour. Book the tour early in your stay so you can discover what you should do and see. Very pleased -- it was well worth the cost.
