  I booked this tour, but unfortunately our cruise ship did not port in Noumea. I reached out via email regarding a refund, and the owner responded within minutes assuring I would be refunded. He even sent the refund slip. I would 100% book with this company if we are ever in Noumea again. Customer service was impeccable.

  DO NOT BOOK through GET YOUR GUIDE!! This is listed as a cruise ship passenger tour, the ship couldn’t dock this morning due to dangerous conditions and a refund is being refused. The cancellation policy needs to be amended for these circumstances 😡😡😡 My advice is to book directly with the charter company as they would have issued a full refund and are now trying to assist with getting a refund processed from GetYourGuide!!

  Beautiful water taxi ride even if it was a "Water Taxi" small boat. The small island was beautiful and rustic. Snorkeling was fair to good as this day had a lot of wave action, clouding the water close to shore. Farther out was much clearer. Also, the water taxi drops you off and leaves, returning at the agreed upon time.

  Such an amazing experience - our 8 year old is OBSESSED with turtles... we have tried snorkelling to find them before and left with a very sad and disappointed boy who didn't get to see them - this experience was the opposite - he saw 12 turtles, the snorkelling was perfect for him and his 6 year old brother and we all got up close and personal with wild turtles- it was magnificent!! The tour operators were professional, friendly and really added to the experience. I highly recommend this tour - we had an amazing time!!!

  Snorkeling was good. Saw one turtle and one sea snake. Water not very clear the day we went. Water taxi was good.

  The water was beautiful but was disappointed in the snorkeling. Very little to see in the water. Getting in and out of the boat to get there was very difficult and it felt unsafe. Need another person to help with getting in and out of the boat safely

  Arrived by cruise ship in Noumea. Easy shuttle bus to main tourist port where we easily checked in for our tour. Enjoyed the local market upstairs whilst waiting for our timeslot. Water taxi was super quick to Signal Island. Skipper ensured we knew rules about the Island and ensured our safety..we loved the snorkelling out beyond the end of the jetty where it gets deeper. Walk around the Island was relaxing. Would be fantastic if more shade shelters could be build in keeping with the environment. Only flaw was we couldn't change our return timeslot so we could snorkel a.couole.more hours :( Highly recommend 👌
