  I was disappointed in the tour because we were just told ghost stories outside of buildings and statues. You should probably mention that there is quite a bit of walking involved.

  It was a very interesting experience. The ghost stories seemed very different for each location. Our guide dressed the part and gave us some of her own stories and experiences. I recommend it for historical and ghost tales!!!

  I have used Viator many times with trips I have taken in the past and have been very satisfied with the experiences they have offered. However the grand rapids ghost tour was a big disappointment. Our tour guide Gabriella was not well versed in public speaking and very hard to hear. The tour had potential that was not realized. More content and a better delivery style would help bring this tour to a better standard . As it is I would not recommend it. Definitely not worth the cost of the tour.

  Molly was an engaging and immersive tour guide! She was friendly and knowledgeable. Even as Grand Rapids natives, we were able to learn more about the city’s history and hear about the paranormal activity around town. Very fun just wish it was longer!

  This tour has way more pros than cons. Pros: the tour gives you a great chance to hear about the history and interesting stories of the buildings in the area! Really loved hearing the Lil details and lore behind it all. Gabriela was an amazing tour guide and had a really great personality to reflect the fun of the tour. Not a long walk and would for sure recommend the extended tour. Con: make sure you can handle the up and down hills. Its not the tours fault but, do make sure that you can handle the long walk with the uphill. My biggest and really only dislike of the tour was that it does NOT end at the starting point. We were kinda left to find our own way back super late at night in a place we did not know due to being out of state. Really wish we were taken back to the starting point. We ended up getting pretty lost and didn't realize we're about 10 Mon from the start point. Really would habe helped to be taken there. Otherwise, its a fantastic tour! Really would recommend.

  We’re from Chicago so coming out here at night for a creepy ghost tour of Grand Rapids was both a beautiful showcase of the nightlife and a cool showcase of the eerie stories surrounding the area. Aireona did a wonderful job of leading us through our tour and diving into the lore and stories of each location as well as giving us a device to show the energy of each location which I think was a nice touch. A well spoken and fun tour and I couldn’t have thought of a better thing to do to introduce us to the town of Grand Rapids. Thank you very much for your hospitality and kindness in helping us meet up with the rest of the group Aireona. 10/10

• Very basic information & nothing ghostly

  Went on this "ghost tour" and even bought the stuffed ghost ahead of time. There was nothing spooky about this tour, it was just some very basic general knowledge of the city with a story about an elevator accident, DV at one building, a poisoning at another and a baseless story about a special Civil War memorial fountain. We walked through a park filled with homeless people and people using illicit substances. A couple of them tried to follow us around from the park to a fountain / memorial which felt sketchy and unnerving. The tour had no spooky aspects to it, let alone any part that would call for a rented emp reader (even though I don't believe in ghosts.) Basically we walked around downtown and heard less information than you'd get from one of those pay-what-you-wish walking tours.
