She was warm, friendly and highly knowledgeable about everything presented during my small group tour especially given the very overcrowded environment she was working within. 5.00Very informative visit with guide Paola Angelini. She has perfect knowledge of Michelangelo’s “David” and his other unfinished statues. She speaks French perfectly. We had a pleasant time. To be renewed in the event of your next trip to Florence for a city tour.
