  Our tour guide was amazing Jorge he was very knowledgeable. Yeri was on board host and she was very attentive and always ready to serve. Our driver Luis made the ride nice and smooth no bumps feeling or hard breaks. Overall great experience from all staff. Would recommend this tour

  Our guides, Jorge, Beto and Lilo were fantastic and worked so hard. They kept us entertained throughout the whole 12 hours, were so knowledgeable about the history of what we were seeing and kept us right in what was a packed day. There was plenty of food and drinks available, including at the lunch. My only negative comment is that at the place we were taken for lunch we were herded through their 'experience' like cattle. However, the day was well worth the money and I would definitely recommend it to everyone wanting to see and learn about the history of Mayan and Mexican culture 👏👏👏

  Had a great time with my family - all the tour guides were amazing and very knowledgeable. Great value for the price, full day of activities, very comfortable and clean transportation. Many opportunities for group activities as well as time to roam free. Overall a wonderful experience, highly recommend!!!

  This is my first time in Mexico, so every experience has been very vivid. Before arriving to Cancún, I visited Oaxaca and Mexico city. Thanks to Ricky from the travel agency and Jorge from Baktun, I enjoyed a different journey, learned about the Mayan culture, got in contact with the nature, passed a nice time with my co-travellers and was right on time to the second half of the football world cup match I planned to watch ;) Everything was done in a very professional way with a cheerful and safe environment that enabled me create nice memories.   Not very organized. Book agents, tour guide assignment and locations are not working together or cohesive. One will say that's not them they just drive, call them and so on. Price fairly high for services not really used. So if you book, book basic price. You do not get or benefit truly from any other selection. Your on same bus, everyone gets same things. Time lines and communication can use work. Locations are beautiful though once finally there
