Panstwowe Muzeum Auschwitz-Birkenau

2.00The guide Ana was amazing ! The fact that we booked a 12 o clock start for the trip but we were informed that we have been moved to morning and will be picked up at 5:45 was very disappointing. It jeopardised our plans for the previous night and that day but felt like we didn’t have much choice.

5.00After a couple of hiccups with the initial booking (website allowed me to book on a day that the place was closed & then there was some concerns that we wouldn't be able to get tickets for another day) everything went without a hitch! Pick up & drop off were straightforward & everything was explained clearly to us. We had a guided tour & our guide was wonderful, very knowledgeable & informative, as well as being very personable. Would highly recommend this tour to anyone.
