5.00Don’t just wander around Toulon, learn why it’s such an important city. Our guide walked us through the beautiful streets while taking us back in time. Wonderful stories and a history lesson made this port stop so much more than if we had just strolled through unaccompanied.

4.00There is a lot of walking, no stairs, even ground. Offered some much history to us. She also had various stories about people from the area and I was unaware of Toulon having a naval base. That too was interesting. Beautiful weather, beautiful day.

5.00Sarite was very knowledgeable about Toulon's history despite being an American. The tour was about 2 and half hours and was very thorough in visiting the Old Town, the market and still offering a rest stop. We also visited the oldest candy shop that made almond and nougat candy. We were able to sample them without any pressure to buy. An excellent tour that we highly recommend.
