  Organisation felt a bit chaotic and disorganised. We had a booking for 4pm. Got a text message the morning of the booking asking if we could start an hour earlier at 3 because they said Blue Lagoon at 4 pm had too many ferries packing up and access may be restricted. One would think an experienced operator would know this and thus not offer bookings for this time. Yet when we arrived, it appeared tours were still running at 4pm! When we arrived, signing in felt messy too. There appeared to be confusion with a few bookings. The jet ski safari was meant to be guided, but it was far from it. At one point, my partner and I (novice jet skiers) couldn’t even tell if we were following the right people. We specifically booked this experience, hoping we would get to see more of the hard to reach parts of blue lagoon and surrounds, guided by someone leading the pack but really we were just in open water jet skiing and saw very little aside from being able to say we jet skied on blue lagoon. The experience was also described as a one hour safari and we were actually jet skiing for 40 minutes if we were lucky. Would’ve been better off paying half the price, hiring jet skis for 30 mins and going out on our own. Average experience at best.

  I'm so glad I did this, the views around the island are amazing and the water is great. The jetskis are new and fast and so much fun and the guides are really nice and friendly. Definitely do this if you visit

  What a pleasant surprise. We got welcomed by 8 jetskis in the bay, elaborate instructions and then we were ready to go. Our guide showed us around the beautiful island with all its secrets.

  Very friendly and nice guys! Worth it’s money. There was even some time for some swimming in the blue lagoon and received nice pictures afterwards.
