We booked a private transfer from Malpensa to Bergamo, it was really easy to book through the mobile number on their website. We were slightly delayed coming through to arrivals due to queues in passport control, but we had great communications from our driver Lucio who waited patiently for us in arrivals. The whole journey was great. Lucio was really friendly giving us some recommendations to enjoy bergamo. I would definitely recommend using this company, I would use them again.
