チョウザメの養魚場のキャビアガイド付きツアーをお楽しみください。また、ドルドーニュのノイヴィックにあるエステートでキャビアテイスティングをお楽しみください。ツアーの終わりには、珍しい体験をお勧めします。訪問者プールにチョウザメを捕まえることができます（ボランティア4人のみ）。ガイドが教えてくれます。ツアーは約1時間30分続き、その後テイスティングが行われます。テイスティング中に、あなたは今訪れたエステートで作られたキャビア、キャビアバター、チョウザメのリエットを試すことができます。これらの料理には、スパークリングワイン1杯が付いています。

Very interesting visit. We learned about the whole process. Very informative and thorough. Being in the water with the fish was amazing. The tasting was great too. Good explanations. Very personable guide Nick. We loved the whole experience.

We’d visited here about 5 years ago with French friends and decided it was time for a revisit. The domain has undergone a lot of work since our previous visit including the provision of solar panels. Our tour in English was led by Tanya, a charming and knowledgeable lady who adapted the tour perfectly to accommodate our two grandkids - aged 10 & 8 who both found the tour fascinating. After a lot of very interesting facts and explanations it was time to don the waders and get to grips with the sturgeon in one of the tanks. Tanya joined 3 of us in the tank and explained the best way to go about things - our 10 year old grandson was very pleased to be tall enough to join in! Then a walk back to the boutique and restaurant for the tasting and a glass of fizz. Fantastic value and a wonderful way to spend 2 hours in the French countryside learning about something new. Thank you Tanya, you gave us a wonderful family afternoon experience.

The highlight was catching the huge fish deep in water! And what a great project! And of course the tasting... Enjoyed it!
