  George was our tour guide and we had a fantastic time! He was very knowledgable about the area and friendly. By being on this tour, we also got to avoid the long lines for some of the attractions. Would highly recommend!

  The whole package is recommended because the waterfalls are seen from different perspectives - on water, on land and from the air. For the parts 'Journey behind the Falls', Skylon Tower and lunch buffet there, please read my individual reviews (all three are recommended!). The Hornblower boat tour is something special because you get very close to the waterfalls in the boat and feel the power of the water - the roar, the spray...

  John was great. We had a really good time. He gave us a great tour and a lot of insights. Problems with the Lunchbuffet were solved. Seems to be a problem between viator and zoom. Thanks again.

  We had a wonderful time! We did behind the falls, the boat ride, whirlpools, and sight seeing in a van with fabulous Tom as our guide. Tom gave us our tickets, which meant we skipped ticket lines. His commentary was excellent. He is friendly and engaging. We were a family group of four, grandmother, dad, teenage girl and 10 year old boy. Loved it. Best way to see Niagara

  The tour behind the falls, then the maid of the mist boat ride, and ending with the Skylan!! A fun filled day with stops at the flower clock and whirlpools. Having the opportunity to go at our own pace was priceless.

  We paid a lot of money for this trip. With hindsight we could have saved a lot of money by travelling to Niagara via public bus (megabus) and we could have paid for the boat when we arrived. The promised hotel pickup was cancelled apparently due to our late booking. A normal $10 per person discount for going to their pickup point was only very reluctantly given. It appeared that other travellers also had their hotel pickup cancelled too. Our bus was not a luxury one. Every bump in the road caused the windows to shake noisily and the chat from the driver was nothing special, English was not his first language and he was difficult to understand, especially with the rattling windows. Apart from Niagara the extra stops on the bus were a couple of photo opportunities and a chance for the driver to get a free ice cream in return for parking his bus outside a gift shop for 20 minutes. The wine tasting was just another buying opportunity, nothing else. The falls are however fab and the Hornblower trip is not to be missed.

  My wife and I really enjoyed the private tour of Niagara Falls, and Niagara Falls on the Lake. I have been on many tours, and I will say without doubt, Alex was the best Tour Guide that I have ever had the opportunity to meet. He was very professional, extremely verse in everything pertaining to Niagara Falls. He took us to a very nice winery and we enjoyed the entire day.   Booked this private tour online as having never been to Niagra Falls area and I didn't feel like planning the day myself. My wife and I were picked up at our hotel on time by Tom S. our tour guide/driver for the day. Tom is awesome! He had knowledge of the area and the history of the area. Tom answered all of our questions and has a great sense of humor. This tour allows for avoidance of standing in line for tickets, and Tom knew how to get us right to the front of the line for the Hornblower and Behind the Falls attraction. Everybody that worked at each of the locations we visited all knew him as well. I highly recommend Zoom tours and Tom S. for this private tour.
