  Hold a Koala, feed the Roos and Wallabies, see camels and other wildlife. Have a great lunch in German town. One of my fav tours on this vacay

  Our tour guide Wez was quite good and extremely helpful showing us all the sights and helping take couple/group photos of many of the guests with their phones. Especially loved the Gorge wildlife park and even got to hold/feed/cuddle with a koala and feed the kangaroos - all included. Since this was labeled for cruise ship guests, the timing worked out perfectly with our guide keeping an eye on the clock to ensure we would be back to our ship in plenty of time. Also, my wife has celiacs disease/severe gluten allergy which was not a problem at the Haus restaurant where a nice lunch was included. Our real challenges came from the people at Hills Travel and Viator delaying the start of our tour by nearly 30 minutes. Viator provided the wrong map pick up point (incorrectly near the Outer Harbor train station) when it was instead in the harbor parking lot. It took several calls from several different tour guests to the Hills Travel office to determine where the pick up point really was (the port parking lot) and they incorrectly described the pick up bus/coach causing added confusion for a number of guests - all of this could easily have been avoided if Hills Travel and Viator would just get their act together and provide much clearer information. There are too many outstanding travel companies - find the same or similar excursion with a different one.

  Cuddle a Koala, Hills tour and lunch in quaint Handorf . A lovely way to spend the day in Adelaide region. Convenient pick up / drop off at port a definite bonus.
