What To Expect
Jaisalmer Fort
ジャイサルメールフォートは、インドのラジャスタン州のジャイサルメールにあります。旧市街の人口の約4分の1がまだ砦内に居住しているため、世界で数少ない「生きている砦」の1つと考えられています（フランスのカルカソンヌなど）。 800年の歴史の大部分において、砦はジャイサルメールの街でした。ジャイサルメールの人口増加に対応するため、砦の壁の外側にある最初の集落は、17世紀に登場したと言われています。 ジャイサルメールフォートはラジャスタン州で2番目に古い砦であり、1156年にラジプートラワル（定規）ジャイサルによってその名前が由来し、重要な貿易ルート（古代のシルクロードを含む）の交差点に建てられました。 砦の巨大な黄色の砂岩の壁は日中は黄褐色のライオンの色で、太陽が沈むとハニーゴールドに退色し、それによって黄色の砂漠の砦をカモフラージュします。このため、ソナーキラまたはゴールデンフォートとしても知られています。砦は、トリクタ丘陵のタール砂漠の砂地にあります。今日では、その名前が付いている都市の南端に沿って位置しています。その支配的な丘の上に位置し、要塞の広大な塔が何マイルも見えるようになっています。 2013年、コンボディアのプノンペンで開催された第37回世界遺産委員会で、ジャイサルメールフォートとラジャスタンの他の5つの砦が、ラジャスタンヒルフォートグループの下でユネスコの世界遺産に指定されました。
ガディサー湖 人工の貯水池であるガディサル湖は、かつてジャイサルメールで唯一の水源でした。ジャイサルメールの最初の支配者であるラジャ・ラワル・ジャイサルによって建設され、寺院とガート（土手）に囲まれています。湖の静かな環境で穏やかな時間を過ごしたり、ボートに乗ったりすることもできます。ガディサー湖のすべての人にとって、自然環境の中での穏やかな水遊びとボートは素晴らしい経験になるでしょう。

5.00Recently visited to Golden city Jaisalmer. We rented Scotty for site seeing and two explore the city in our way. The bikes are well maintained and in good condition, it's value for money. We are very much Happy with the service provided by the bike owner. Had lot of fun and comfortable tour.
