We arrived at the meeting point an hour before our pickup time.So we sat here for an hour and forty five minutes, waiting for our tour to start, and no one ever showed up to pick us up

I attempted to reach the facilitator across a 24 period of time. Chatted with Viator company when the tour did not arrive at scheduled place, and ultimately asked for refund without a response from tour operator. Didn't get to do the sunset tour and did not receive my money back after waiting for an hour at the pick up spot.
Don’t do it.

Braden pointed out all the highlights along the tour route. Views from Prospect Point, skyline sights, and cosy waterfront areas. His sense of humour made the evening fun, and the sunset was stunning

The trip was incredibly enjoyable. Our guide, Brandon, was fantastic and even celebrated his birthday with us! Cris safely navigated the streets, while Brandon asked informative trivia questions during the tour. The Vancouver sunset views were absolutely perfect! 🌅

Can't tell you about the tour, as it was cancelled due to lack of numbers. They told me it was cancelled 15 minutes after its due departure time and after I had contacted them. They then sent an email asking if I would like to rebook or want a refund. And because I didn't get back to them within their timeframe they thought it pertinent to book me on a new tour without waiting a response. Mind you they booked me on a tour that left the day after I did. Anyway, a bit annoyed at the lack of communication and I have not seen the refund either, but that's an argument I can have when I am home in Australia if it's not refunded by then.

Watching the city lights turn on was amazing, so the lighting was perfect for photos, and the commentary was just the right amount of info. Great for couples or families.
