5.00Very happy with both the tour and the customer service. We missed our original tour date due to delayed flights. One call and I was able to rebook on a different day. There was a small fee due to less than 24 hours notice, but it was very reasonable. The company did a good job of communicating where and when to meet and the meetup location was easy to find. Our guide, Anais, was knowledgeable and shared enough information about each piece without overwhelming us. I was especially impressed that she changed up her usual tour plan so that someone who needed to leave early would be able to see the Mona Lisa. The pacing was also good. This was a small group tour (12 people), and well worth the added expense!
