What To Expect
0. 通信 予約後、Viatorから自動メール確認と、当社からテキストまたはWhatsApp確認が送信されます。 3〜4時間のマージンのための直前予約は、私たちのチームによる手動の確認が必要になります。 以下宛てにご連絡します。 1. 最初の予約の確認（予約から24～48時間以内） 2. 到着情報の確認（到着日の前日） 3. 出発情報の確認（出発前日） - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - ピックアップの手順 1. フライトのお客様 ピックアップ ― 入国審査、税関を通過し、荷物を受け取り、メインターミナルへ。 右手にトイレがあり、その横にエスプレッソアメリカーノというコーヒーショップがあります。 コーヒーショップの真向かいで、ロゴやお名前が書かれた看板を持ってお待ちしています。 ご挨拶後、ご予約を確定し、お車までお連れします。 空港出発前にトイレの利用をお勧めします。 重要：当社のロゴとお客様のご予約内容が明確でない方は空港を離れないでください。 復路 : 往復送迎は、ホテル、Airbnb、または降車場所のエントランスまたはロビーでお迎えします。 国際フライトの場合、受け取りは出発時間の3時間前です。 国内フライトの場合、受け取りは出発の2時間前です。 遅れないよう、運転手が到着する前に荷物を準備してチェックアウトしてください。 - - - - - 2. フェリーのお客様 ピックアップ ― ドライバーは、当社のロゴおよび/またはお客様の名前を表示する看板を持って荷物受取所付近でお待ちしています。 遅れないように荷物をすべて回収してから集合してください。 車両までガイドをしてくれるか、または便利なように持ってきてくれるので、遠くまで歩く必要はありません。 ターミナルを出る前に荷物が準備できているか確認してください。 重要：当社のロゴとお客様の予約内容が明確でない方は、フェリーターミナルを離れないでください。 復路 : ホテル、Airbnb、または降車場所の入り口またはロビーでお迎えいたします。 ドライバーが事前にテキストやメッセージでお迎え時間を確認いたします。 お迎え時間は通常、フェリー出発予定時刻の1～2時間前です。 - - - - - 3. クルーズ船のお客様 クルーズのお客様は、当社のドライバーが迅速にお客様をお迎えできるよう、下船予定の現地時刻をご提供ください。 ドライバーは、集合予定時間から最大60分後まで待機します。 遅延が発生した場合は、メール、WhatsApp、電話でお問い合わせください。 往復送迎は、最初に降ろされた場所と同じ場所から出発します。 帰りのドロップオフは船の出発の3時間前までに行ってください。 3.1 マホガニー湾 送迎のためクルーズターミナル内には独立したシャトル会社は入れません（降車専用）。 運転手と会うには、ターミナルを出て幹線道路に降りなければなりません。 下り坂を7分ほど歩くか、1人2ドルのタクシーで集合場所まで行くことができます。 ドライバーは、当社のロゴとお客様の名前が書かれた看板をかざします。 周辺にはツアーオペレーターが多数いますので、出発前に再度ご確認ください。 重要：当社のロゴとお客様の予約情報が明確に特定されていない方はターミナルを離れないでください。 3.2ロアタン港 船を出た後は本館とアトリウムを通り、見学ブースと小旅行ブースを通ります。 通路の先、ゲート2（左）またはゲート3（右）に向かって左折します。 出口を出ると、数名のツアーオペレーターが外で待機しています。 ドライバーは、当社のロゴとお客様の名前が書かれた看板を持ってお伺いします。 重要：当社のロゴとお客様の予約情報が明確に特定されていない方は港を離れないでください

5.00The communication was excellent, consistent, and prompt. The drivers were very friendly and resourceful. I learned alot about Roatan; both to and from the hotel. Mario really stepped up to the plate and insisted on being extremely punctual and was very friendly. I travel alot and use many transportation services and this was the smoothest process by far. Very grateful and I highly recommend using this service. I almost forgot about the affordabilty. Definitely the best value from most drivers in the area. The cherry on top.

5.00Excellent service. Mario was waiting with a sign as soon as we clear passport control. He took the time to stop at the grocery so we could pick up a few things on the way to the airport. Told us a bit about the island on our quick trip to the hotel. Super friendly and great service. Highly recommend.

5.0011/10! Mario was an incredibly friendly and helpful young man who exceeded our expectations in every way. He was always very punctual and was able to tell us a lot about the island and its residents. So it wasn’t just a “taxi ride,” but more like a small guided island tour :) He stopped with us at an ATM and even went into the supermarket with us. We rode with Mario four times, and by the end it felt like we had known each other for a long time. We had great conversations, and his English is excellent. He also helped us in a difficult situation. Instead of just dropping us off, he helped us find accommodation when something went wrong with our booking. My girlfriend and I can truly recommend this service! We would choose to ride with Mario again anytime!!! Best regards, Kevin 🙂
