5.00We did the 5 in 1 Adrenaline Junkie from Jaco with Rainforest Adventure in early January 2020, and it was a major highlight for each of our kids (ages 8, 12, and 14). We started with the aerial tram, where we got a great education of the flora and fauna, saw a ton of butterflies, and learned about the termite mounds. This was followed by the zip lining, which was made easy by our guides. Edgar and Eric were fantastic with all of us, gave us a good prep, and were will us throughout the day. While the zip lines aren't as long as you may find in other places like Monteverde, they were very fun and had the added benefit of not needing to worry about controlling your own braking. The rock climbing was the biggest highlight for all of us. If you have ever done indoor rock climbing (with the handholds in the rocks), this is similar. It definitely wasn't easy, but so much fun rock climbing while having the waterfall streaming across you. After the rock climbing, you go across the hanging bridge, which is similar in type high ropes courses popular in the US. The big difference is that this bridge is longer and more difficult that anything we have ever experienced, which added to the fun! We highly recommend this activity. Additionally, while the photos are more expensive than many other venues, it is still reasonable if you like your pictures.
