  We used the shuttle to and from our resort at Anse Vata. Online booking was easy and reassuring. Drivers were very helpful in loading luggage. Our return trip arrived at the resort for pickup at the designated time.

  Pickup wasn't at the location specified, but close enough that I was able to find the van. Maybe if others are already being picked up nearby, that location could be shared?

  Picked us up on time with a smile and professional attitude, comfortable van, picked up a couple of other passengers and drop us off at the main entrance to the airport - all as expected - highly recommend

  Had me really worried! They said our pick up was 4.35am so we were waiting in the dark wondering if we were going to catch our fight. Finally showed up at 5.05am. Fair enough the driver had several pickups before us but I wished the company had said it could be half an hour later !

  Arrived on time, good communication, was easy to book via the website. The only down-side is this feedback site which requires a minimum of 100 words.

  Our incoming flight was delayed a number of times and they communicated to say they were aware of the delay to reassure us they would be there to collect us at the new time. We left Noumea during difficult and dangerous political turmoil. Our driver safely navigated us through to the airport.

  Took 1. 5 hours to go from Anse Vata to airport - because they picked up a passenger from a very random location - was worried check in would close. But pick up as exactly on time.

  Arrived at Tontouta airport, the hotel had not confirmed transfer before we left NZ. There was whiteboard with people's names and at the bottom a note - no booking, no problem. The guy directed us to the counter, we booked and paid - then directed to the lovely aircon office to wait until we were ready to go. Nice, clean aircon bus to Noumea.

  The transfer is comfortable bus ride from your hotel door to the airport. The driver was incredibly polite and helpful. The price is high for a bus transfer, especially if there are two of you. But our biggest problem was the early pick up time: our departure flight was not until 1:15pm, yet Arc en Ciel insisted picking us up at 09:35, nearly 4 hrs before prior to wheels up. Of course it takes 45mins to get to the airport. But we checked in immediately at Business Class and then found that security and business lounge would not be open until at least 11:30. So there was a lot of waiting around at the airport, waiting for security and the lounge to open. One had to join a long and tedious queue to await the security and there was no prioritisation for business class pax. The point is, next time we will take our time over breakfast at the hotel and then take a cab to the airport and hour later than this bus and still have time to use the lounge.
