  Rides are frequent and easy to board. The drivers are professional and helpful. The personnel at the stops are informative.

  I did not give five stars because the driver did not tell us we needed ear buds to hear the narration. We thought it would be the driver narrating so we missed the first several minutes until we got the ear buds and plugged in.

  The sightseeing bus was a excellent way to find your bearings in the city when you first arrive. The stops were easily found and well placed around the city.

  Easy way to find some attractions in Edinburgh . We came off a cruise ship at Queensferry and took a bus to town . The hoho stop was convenient and staff extremely helpful . We took a round , walked the Golden mile and had lunch off Victoria street . Good value and no fuss

  During our Green route we had live guide Scott. He was knowledgeable and funny. He made our tour specifically interesting. My teenager was engaged throughout the whole tour. We loved it!

  Great way to see Edinburgh. The city is spread out and the hop on, hop off makes it easy to see the city.

  This is not a criticism levelled at the tour company but at Viator! I was checking the app to see if the credit I had from a previous purchase would be deducted before purchasing and during this process the payment was taken from my card linked to the account. Didn’t even know the purchase had been made and now £56 lost. Wrote to the tour operator and no response!!!

  Great break away booked hop on bus for 2 days absolutely brilliant we were able to hop on red/blue and green buses which covered all of Edinburgh to the docks, new and old town too!
