  Lovely relaxing setting. Tried 5 lovely wines, all organic. Mostly dry wines which I prefer. Interesting tour of the grounds. Wish we were hungrier to want to eat as the food looked good. Perfect excursion for cruisers.

  Such a wonderful holiday activity to have booked, I’m so happy that we did! The wine tasting was so interesting and was explained and hosted so brilliantly with the perfect level of attentiveness. The food, cooked by the family’s mother was absolutely beautiful, everything was so fresh and paired perfectly with each wine. The shop allowed us to buy two of our favourite bottles and the absolutely beautiful tomato jam that was presented with the meal. I’d absolutely do the whole experience again and recommend to anyone. Thank you for having us!

  Wow what a place - the views are to die for a couple this with some amazing Cretan wines you cant get a better combination. The owner who guided us through was so lovely and it was really interesting hearing about the vineyard and the family. Would highly recommend

  Very friendly and engaging host —one of three sisters who own and run this organic vineyard. We had a taste of five of their wines, plus raki, along with finger-foods carefully selected to bring out the best in the wines. Enough cheese, crudités, smoked pork, homemade tomato jam, dakos, herb and cheese pies for a complete and filling lunch! All very tasty. The wines were excellent! Beautiful views from the tasting room, as well.

  This was a must stop winery while visiting Crete. You get to taste through all of their wines with pairings and learn more about how they grow the grapes. 10/10 would recommend! We event sent a case of wine home to enjoy throughout the Winter.

  As part of our Wine Safari tour in Crete, we visited this Winery. It is small and friendly, with top-quality facilities. They really know their wines, and helped us to get the most from our wine tasting. The tasting room was excellent, and the seating area is so pretty, with a view across the vines. So knowledgeable and helpful, really explaining how best to taste the wines, and get the most from the experience. I would thoroughly recommend this Winery.   We had an unforgettable experience at Domaine Paterianakis, a charming family-run boutique winery in the heart of Crete. From the moment we arrived, the welcoming atmosphere and passion for winemaking were clear. The winery specializes in organic and natural wines, many crafted from indigenous Cretan grape varieties, which makes the tasting truly unique. My personal favorite was Vidiano – an elegant, aromatic white wine that perfectly reflects the soul of Crete. Between the stunning vineyard views, the intimate setting, and the exceptional wines, this is a place I wholeheartedly recommend to anyone visiting the island.

  Had a very nice experience during the wine tasting. We were very warmly received and the people are all very friendly. We tasted 5 different wines with a cheese plate. Definitely recommended if you are on Crete!
