  I’d love to review this tour, but it never took place! First, I was contacted by the Guide with a request to move the tour up three hours. We could not accommodate him, but we were able to move it up by one hour. Next, I got a request to change the meeting place. Then, I was informed I had a different guide. On the day of the tour, I got an email that the entire thing had been canceled! It was a bad experience with Trip advisor! The original tour guide did call me the day after, with an offer to try and reschedule – but we were unable to do so. I realize things happen, but this was very disappointing to us both!

  Tiago is amazing! My wife and I booked a 3 hour private tour. We arrived into Brussels the night before and did some exploring on our own, but the following morning, we began our tour with Tiago at 9:30am. Tiago was the perfect combination of knowledgeable, personable, and entertaining. Those qualities made the tour one of a kind, and the 3 hours went by so fast! We also liked that he asked us questions about our interests so he could cater the tour to us. We recommend booking in the morning to help you get the lay of the land, and then you can explore any places that caught your eye more on your own the rest of the day. Bonus points to Tiago: A few hours after the tour, we bumped into him at one of the brewpubs he recommended, and he let us know about another spot that we had asked about earlier. Above and beyond!

  Our guide Asefeh was the perfect guide for us through Brussels. She gave just enough information about each attraction to keep the tour interesting. She took us to all the main spots of Brussels and then shared some Personal experience with suggestions on restaurants and where to get the best chocolate, waffles and frites!   We had an amazing private tour with Tiogo. He was on time and exactly where we were told to meet him. He was extremely knowledgeable and very understanding of our expectations and enthusiastic. He took us to local chocolate shops, waffle shops, the cathedral. He also showed us how to access the metro and get our tickets back to Amsterdam. He was very accommodating. You won’t be disappointed with Tiogo!! Thank you!!

  A first class, five star tour of Brussels in-a-nutshell. Matteo Piovacari's three hour walking tour was nicely paced, and oh so intersting...Plenty of history and cultural tidbits. This was our first visit to Brussels, with only a day to spare, and the tour was an excellent introduction to this fascinating city. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
