パンゴン湖への早朝出発 (午前 8 時頃)。今日は、シャヨク渓谷を越えてラダックの東の国境に向かってドライブします。午後までにパンゴンに到着。湖の幅は約 4 ～ 5 km、長さは 135 km 以上あり、そのうち約 3 分の 2 がインドシナ国境の反対側にあります。湖の素晴らしい景色を望むキャンプで一晩。
