  Interesting sights during the day. The highlight was the beautiful views of the castles and the bridge at dusk. MJ was a great guide throughout the trip. She is knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and full of energy.

  Very pleased with a day trip to Chiang Mai 🙂 This day trip to Qingzhou with KKday is great! Chinese guide Kim Jong-un (LAN) is very professional, the whole journey is lively and interesting, and on the way to constantly remind everyone about safety matters, so people feel comfortable.   Wonderfully comprehensive yet relaxed tour of all the sites with Shin, who even took pictures for us! Would recommend to everyone interested in Unified Silla. Lunch was also very convenient and tasty!

  We cannot make a review as sadly, we could not go on this trip. This was due to the Taxi driver (Uber) for some reason changed our destination and dumped us in the middle of no where🤦‍♀️I have taken this up with them, but be careful when booking with Uber😭 not Viator's fault I know. However, I explained the situation to the Viator tour guide and asked if we could put the money we had paid onto another trip but he sent me the cancellation policy and he said no, which I appreciated but considering this was a group trip with many people Viator would not of lost any money and the fact we had spent a considerable amount of money in the two weeks we where in Busan, they could of let us transfer it to another trip. We use Viator quite alot and in America too as we have enjoyed their trips but loyalty obviously does not mean anything. We may look at using another tour guide company for future trips. Tip: it is worth paying the extra for a private tour as they pick and drop you up from your Hotel and you can choose your times etc. We used a private tour guide throughout the 2 weeks and was hestitant to book a group trip but we took a chance and it did not turn out well unfortunately. 😭#private #all the time from no on.

  Very good experience, a very careful explanation of the tour guide, in the beautiful ancient city of Changzhou left a good memory, I recommend everyone!!!
