  If I could give Richard (Lloyd Express) more than 5 stars, I would. He went way above and beyond. We booked 2 tours with him which were the half day city tour and the indigenous tribe experience. Both were excellent!! There were 6 of us traveling together so it turned out to be basically private tours and Richard made sure our every need or want was taken care of. Wonderful experience! Very informative and knowledgeable about his city and the history of this area. Always had cold waters for us and made sure we were taken care of. Also, we had booked a full day transit of the canal which was not through Richard. But he had another tour group at the Mira Flores Locks as we were going through on our transit. He remembered and sent us pictures of our boat as it went through!! How many people get that view point documented! Our travel party was so impressed and appreciative of his thoughtfulness!! • Great Infrastructure

  The airport is wonderful, has a great structure and everything you may need. It is really very large and you need to keep that in mind as you will have to walk a lot to get to your boarding gate. In addition, the infrastructure is great.

• So Much More Than A Driver

  When I hired Richard DePass, I thought I was merely hiring a driver. I could not have been more wrong. Since we were traveling with my older in-laws, we wanted a driver for our week in Panama so that we could focus on their comfort. Richard not only drove (very safely I must add) but helped coordinate our entire visit. Any activity that our party was interested in, Richard made it happen, from afternoon tea to a visit to the Canal to a hike through the jungle. He knew every place to stop for a view, a grocery store or a clean restroom. He was also able to share so much information about each place we drove through. And I am convinced Richard knows almost everyone in Panama. It seemed that everywhere we went he was greeted with a hug or a handshake and we were happily welcomed. Most importantly, he listened to all of my father-in-law's stories! Richard is a guide, a driver and a concierge par excellence. He opened every door, carried every bag. I cannot imagine enjoying this vacation half as much without him. He is fluent in Spanish and English. Van was roomy, immaculate, comfortable and easily held all our bags in the back. I truly don't think I can say enough about how excellent his service is. Take my advice and get this 'driver.'
