• Great everglades tour!

  My wife and I took the hour and a half private airboat everglades tour with Captain Wayne. It was hands down the highlight of our trip to Florida. Genuinely a once in a lifetime experience. Wayne is knowledgeable and observant - he knows the routes like the back of his hand and pointed out the sights (especially the animals!) so we didn't miss them. He knew the names and habits of those enormous wading birds - there's something magical about moving through the water with a dozen seemingly slow-moving storks or herons flapping their wings just ahead of you. And don't get me started on the alligators. I thought we'd maybe see one or two, but we actually saw at least 100. Big ones, small ones, sleeping ones, active ones, you name it. Wayne knew where they were and what they'd be doing. The everglades are a really fascinating place - when you're whizzing through the thick reeds in an airboat, you have the sensation of being in a truly unique, peaceful, mysterious, and wild environment while in actuality being just a few miles from Palm Beach! Wayne did a great job communicating with us before and after the trip, there was no weight at the dock, and if we could give the experience 6 stars, we would.

  We go with Captain Wayne every year taking family and friends . Always a great experience seeing lots of alligators and this year was a bonus lots of birds including a spoonbill . None beats Captain Wayne with his knowledge of the Everglades

  Family from the UK we did the 90 minute private tour at the end of July 2024. It was an amazing experience and a highlight of our three week Florida road trip. Wayne was an excellent guide and we saw plenty of wildlife including several alligators. Recommended!

  This company is AMAZING! Captain Wayne was such a fabulous guide and so very knowledgeable about the Everglades and its environment. He knew all the spots to find alligators and the incredible wildlife, all kinds of birds and explained about the camps out in the middle of the Everglades. Captain Wayne is the OG of all the Everglades Airboat rides and you will never find a better tour and guide. We were able to cancel and reschedule so easily because of bad weather. BEST AIRBOAT RIDE EVER!

  It was awesome! The weather was perfect. Captain Wayne is very passionate of the Everglades and a very good ambassador….we learnt a lot. We saw lots of gators, turtles and birds of many species.

  Captain Wayne was incredible! Our party included my husband, myself and my parents. My folks are mid 60s, and we are all overweight. We were worried about the accommodations, but they weren’t an issue at all! Captain Wayne was friendly, kind, informative and showed us a wonderful time! The private tour is the way to go! Totally worth the cost! This helped us make a life-long memory together! Thanks, Captain Wayne!!!
