1.00Despite making phone calls and confirming they were on their way but never showed up. We had to take a taxi. Horrible to take American money and not provide a service. What a way to welcome us to Aruba
Please, do not use this company. I did not receive an email or phone call. Your company had all my information number.

1.00That this service is terrible. I did have my driver at the airport. I chat with someone in the company and all I got was “ I am sorry for the inconvenience”. I did not have any other choice that to get a taxi. I am asking for a complete refund.
