  From the first contact everything was handled very well by the team. For us it was a gift with voucher made directly at them (no smartbox). The information is very precise and accurate, including sleeping solution. Before, during and after the flight you feel involved. From fundamental respect for the rules to helping close that giant balloon after landing. Nice opportunity to take pictures, then buying the flash drive. Welcome aperitif in place before the final greetings. To get in and out of the basket requires good mobility. You do not notice the altitude, you feel safe. All always kind, helpful and with a smile also to give advice on other activities or places to visit! I would do it again very gladly!

  At first, we were a bit disappointed that the morning was partly cloudy, but as we floated up to 10,000 feet above the valley, we realized we were actually lucky because ascending through the clouds and then above them into the blue sky, was simply sensational. The attention to detail, with safety instructions in 3 different languages, on-board cameras that took our photos throughout the ride, and our pilot Diego's vivid descriptions of what we were looking at . . . and the gentlest of landings, can only be described as sensational.

  I was happily surprised by this experience, balloon flying is completely different from any other flying experience. I don't want to spoil about how it all works but I just wanted to compliment all the people on the hot air balloon team who contributed to our experience. I highly recommend it to anyone, considering that I suffer from airsickness but in a hot air balloon zero problems, I enjoyed the trip and would have liked to stay on a little longer. Very good drivers. Crazy view you can see the whole valley on Aosta a360 °, crazy sensations, from start to landing. Exciting. Bravi.

  It was a wonderful and exciting experience. From the moment of reception the staff was professional and passionate, explaining every detail about the safety and operation of the balloon.
