  I was disappointed with my experience. We paid for the excursion and expected everything to be clear upfront, but then we were charged extra for pictures. After paying for the photo package, we only received about half of the pictures we were promised. For the amount of money spent, this felt unfair and unprofessional. I would have appreciated better communication and for the service to match what was paid for. Unfortunately, this left a bad impression on our trip. It just happened today don’t book this looks better in pictures. Food they say is included is a tortilla with white cheese plastic cups that are dirty not sanitary for kids. Never again paid for my pictures and he rip me off and said don’t tell people we made a good deal with you all when I got in shutter van noticed my pictures were not complete!

  Tequila tasting should be after the zip line and ATV rides. Atv cars where very shaking they need new ones or service them.

  I think the experience could have been better if they had planned the day out better. We started off at the cenote and only got 25 minutes to shower beforehand, set our clothes aside and jump in. It would have been better if they started off with the zip lines or atv experience and ended it with the cenote swim. Since we started with the swim we were super dusty and all our hair was super dirty and hard because it was still wet when we went on the atvs. We ended the day off super dirty so just would have been nice to cool off at the cenote. We shower before and after so it’s not like the dust would be affecting the cenote in any way. The tacos were good that they provided us but everything else you had to pay for and the food was expensive, at least for us. They also didn’t really provide us with water. We had our water bottles. I also recommend some water shoes because to get to the cenote we had to walk on small rocks and having sneakers was not it especially after when you’re feet are all wet and dirty. I think for the price we paid it was okay. I did get a deal though with trip advisor. They highly encouraged you to tip and even suggested at least $5-10 USD would be good for them at least. Kind of making you feel bad if you didn’t tip. The photos were also kind of pricey. They do it based on how many people are in your group so the more people you have expect to pay more. Although it was maybe around $1 USD per picture, so not the worst. It is an all or nothing situation though, you cannot pick and choose which pics you want. Either you buy all or none. Quality was great though and we did end up purchasing our pics since the photographer did get some pretty nice shots. All in all it was fun but I probably wouldn’t do it again. There were a lot of people here and we have done another experience like this but that spot there was hardly any people and you got to visit different cenotes and actually enjoy your swim for however long you wanted with a buffet style lunch (super yummy). It’s called Cenotes Zapote Prehistoric Park. Though it didn’t have the ATV experience, but if you just want to go swim do some zip lines and have a chill day I’d recommend this spot.

• Very average. Glad we did it for the price we paid as we paid less than $200 for five people.

  The overall experience was OK. I'm glad we went but the experience could be so much better and much more efficient. Too much selling of additional services/add-ons. The overall communication was not good. The ziplines were very average to poor. The cenote was very fun and the tequilla tasting was very interesting. The ATV experience was average.

  We had an amazing time on our ATV tour in Mexico! This was such a fun and exciting way to explore, and it ended up being one of the most memorable activities of our trip. The guides were friendly, helpful, and made sure everyone felt safe and comfortable before we started. The ATV ride was the perfect mix of adventure and sightseeing. We got to ride through beautiful areas, enjoy the outdoors, and take some great photos along the way. Everything was well organized, and the staff made the whole experience easy and fun from start to finish. If you’re looking for something more exciting than a typical beach day or basic tour, I definitely recommend this ATV experience. It was fun, energetic, and totally worth it!

  Our original reservation was for 5 people. We had a family member join us for the trip a few days later. We texted the company directly to let them know- As, that is how they began to communicate with me, through WhatsApp. They never responded with the process we needed to do to add someone. No answer, or objections, made it seem that it was ok. As they actually assigned an extra ATV and told us we had to pay $15 cash. This implied it would be ok. The driver showed up and said they don’t have room in the van and left my entire family there. Did not even offer a resolution, we did pay a complete package for 5. They did not care. The driver did explain it was lack of communication on the companies part and then not appropriately addressing it. He still left us.

  The entire experience was great. Marlo was our director! He was awesome! ATV were more of going in a circle on a small path. Zip line was awesome I’m a big guy and they got me right!! The cenote is the coolest thing ever! Definitely jump in! And if you lose something the people there are master swimmers I watched them dive in the water to get glasses and shoes with no gear! You don’t even have to ask! Very little food. Plenty of water. I’d do it again 100x!!

  This was my first time doing this activity so I didn’t quite know what to expect. We started out with the ATVs and they just let you go, don’t tell you anything lol they didn’t even ask or give any instructions except to stay with the group. I lost control of my vehicle and crashed into the trees (thankfully I wasn’t badly injured) fortunately a couple saw me and was concerned and helped call for help. Somebody came and gave me a new ATV and just sent me on my way lol didn’t check on me, give me the option to go back or anything. Needless to say I went slow the rest of the way but started to get used to handling the ATV. I didn’t particularly enjoy that experience lol it was hot and uncomfortable. Next, we did the zip lines. They weee fun, I was scared at first but they weren’t too high. Before the cenote we did tequila tasting, which was fun but of course they wanted to sell you a bottle. The cenote was nice to cool off but they didn’t give us much time there. Overall it was fun, but they definitely rush you to activities with no breaks in between and a lot of upselling. If you haven’t done anything like this before I would probably recommend a company that’s a bit more attentive and considerate of experience bc here you are on your own and their attitude is “hey, you signed a waiver”.
