He helped us book our ATV riding and zip lining excursion and made the entire process so easy from start to finish. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed for an unforgettable adventure. The ATV ride was so much fun and the zip lining was an incredible experience — definitely one of the highlights of our trip! Armando’s recommendations were spot on, and you can tell he genuinely cares about making sure guests have a great time.
