Cannot recommend. First off I told them we might get our own transportation then later asked if we could get transport but they said there was not enough room, kind of my fault to be honest, fine. Overall the experience was just mid, underwhelming to say the least. The zip lines are low, no views, and short. The four wheeler was god awful, I would have paid NOT to get on the four wheeler. They are beat up beyond all, and you go on a short bumpy dirt road round in circles, terrible. Tequila tasting was actually good, and informative. Cenote was ok, nothing great and forced to wear a life jacket and the water was not that clear.

From the moment you arrive until leaving everything was very chaotic. This is definitely not a personal experience. It felt like they were herding cattle. Literally everything was an up sell. From “VIP” experience, to photos, food, tequila, etc… we felt completely rushed through every single activity. Zip lining was a complete joke. Their zip lines are only fun if you are a 5 year old kid. They are very low to the ground and short. The ATV was ok but 2 people’s ATVs went out during our ride. The best part was going to the Cenote but it’s not even their cenote. They take you on a shuttle and it’s about 5 minutes away. You can just go and book that directly w the other company. We were only allowed to hang out there for 20 mins before they rushed us back. They only gave us 20 mins to order food and eat before our shuttle came to pick us up. Save your money and book somewhere else!!!

The venue itself from the beginning went for the hard sell from the start, and spent more time pushing to buy items like swimming shoes (completely unneeded). The cenote was our first stop and we had total of 15 mins. The guides are letting people jump off 25ft ledges into a small swimming area . The guests were throwing their floatation devices into the water , ahead of jumping in, one hit me in the head. The zip line was good. The ATV was throughly unenjoyable and my husband got burnt on his leg from the vehicle. The guides are just pushing to sell photos and anything else sellable. My husband was asked a tip and when he said he had no cash , they asked him to use his credit card. Driving licence wasn't asked for. The whole place needs to seriously review their safety policies before someone gets seriously hurt

It was a great experience for me because it was 3 adventures in 1 day plus a tequila tasting class & tacos at the very end. Every experience was great overall. My favorite was the last zip line. I would love to visit again but with my teenage son this time.

Our family had an amazing time! The price was a great deal. Just be cautious of all the add ons once you get there. You can bring our own bandana and water shoes. The time spent was all well worth it. It was absolutely gorgeous. Safety was their main priority. The staff were energetic, safe, and so so fun!

The Good: The workers on this tour genuinely work hard and are doing their best, that's not lost on us. The cenotes itself was nice, but not as advertised as it was super small and they make it feel more like a Tulum vibe but it's a tiny cenote with no frills. If you're considering booking the standard package, you might leave reasonably satisfied. The Bad: The ATVs. Sold to us as a private, go-at-your-own-pace VIP experience, no single-file lines, room to actually open it up. What we walked up to was a sea of ATVs idling in the dead heat of summer, a very tight single-file line, and a loop around a dirt road with zero ability to go fast or deviate in any direction. It was the most absurd, confined "freedom" we've ever paid extra for. There was genuinely no difference between the standard and VIP experience here, you are lab rats in a cage, just with a more expensive ticket. The Ugly: The "unlimited food and drinks" promise. We were sold a VIP upgrade, $265 USD quoted, which became $323 once the conversion rate nobody mentioned kicked in. The sales pitch was slick too. The person selling us the upgrade warned us that drinks inside would run $20 USD per beer, so paying for unlimited was basically a steal. Spoiler, beers were $3. That $20 number was a lie designed to make the upgrade feel like the obvious, nobrainer choice. And then the unlimited drinks themselves? Not available until the last excursions which actually turned into not available until the final 30 minutes of the hours long tour. Not available at the cenotes until after everyone finished swimming. Every person in our group and multiple strangers we met along the way had the exact same complaint. And then before departure we were asked for a tip, we tipped what we thought was appropriate and they asked for more. "Unlimited" is doing a lot of heavy lifting in this sales pitch, and the five-star rating on this place is a genuine mystery to us.

I input my hotel info & sent over a message. They told me a pickup that was about 10 minutes walking distance, wasn’t bad at all. Pick up was pretty easy, Aida helped me located the shuttle. The van was decent, ride was smooth. Arrival, they’ll show you different upgrades and they’re definitely trying to sell you. We stuck with the original package I booked. They have a shop, they’ll recommend face coverings, goggles, water shoes, bags & bug repellent - etc. we grabbed a face cover because we had everything else. Really didn’t end up needing the face cover tbh. You won’t be able to take your phone thru the zipline or the atv rides. A previous review told me to bring my GoPro with a chest harness. You can’t hold anything, the camera must be attached to you for safety. There will be a photographer, photo packages start at $50. The first activity was the zip lines, it was more fun than it looked! The ATVs were fun, it’s a follow the leader type of ride so it’s nothing too crazy. My favorite was the tequila tasting and cenote. You’ll take about 5 ‘shots’ then go jump into the water, it was truly refreshing. At the end we went to the cafe area and had some shots along with 2 included tacos & we were let out back onto our same shuffles that are designated by area & hotel. Overall, very fun and worth the value that I paid! We tipped the shuttle driver and our guide! Only thing I wish is that we had more time, we felt rushed at times. No time to use the restroom or even check our phones. If there’s a longer tour, book that one

They don't allow phone photos. I'd rather pay a bit more and be able to capture the experience myself, especially since most guests want photos for social media. One instructor even said I could take photos if he could use my snorkel gear, which made the policy feel inconsistent. If that's the case, it may make more sense to charge slightly more and allow guests to use their phones. Overall, though, it wasn't bad for the price.
