  I had SO much fun on the sunset bat tour with Nora as the guide. She made the experience so smooth and easy, and was so informative on everything Austin. It was such a great time, and I’m so happy I went!!! I will definitely be back. Thank you Nora you’re the best.

• Disappointing Experience – Poor Communication and Planning

  We were really looking forward to our sunset kayak tour in Austin and had booked in advance to make the most of our time in the city. Unfortunately, the experience with this company left us disappointed and frustrated. On the evening of our scheduled tour, we received a call less than two hours before departure informing us that it was canceled due to a guide having an emergency. While we understood that things happen, we appreciated that they offered a refund or the chance to rebook. Wanting to give it another shot, we rebooked for the following evening. To our surprise, we received another cancellation call—this time even closer to departure, with less than an hour and a half’s notice. That meant two evenings of our trip were impacted, with last-minute changes and no time to make alternate plans. We understand that emergencies happen, but the back-to-back cancellations and extremely short notice suggest poor planning and communication on the company’s part. Unfortunately, this took away from our experience in Austin and left us very disappointed.

  My Girlfriend and I just did this tour in February, and could not recommend it enough. Patrick was our guide and did not disappoint, he was very nice, funny and gave us plenty of information about the city of Austin.

  The sunset tour was a great way to view the city from the water, very peaceful with calm waters and views that were definitely picture worthy. Great tour guide as well. Will definitely come back when the bats are in season!!!

  We had an incredible time kayaking! Our instructor Nelly was knowledgeable, patient, and made the experience both fun and safe. They explained the basics clearly and made sure everyone felt comfortable before we set out. Their encouragement and enthusiasm made it easy to relax and enjoy the water. Highly recommend this experience—perfect balance of learning and adventure!

  Great trip along Ladybird lake. Welcomed by Andrea who was very helpful & explained what to expect. She kept the group together and, as first time kayakers, we felt very safe.

  Loved the tour. Our tour guide was very helpful. Fun to be on a river to see bats and also at night! It was great exercise and a unique experience.
