  The place is excellent, a company that has the necessary permits to operate legally and legitimately, the facilities are very nice, have bathrooms, a cofffe break area with a very cozy campfire that helps with the cold, so I recommend to go well warm. The staff is very attentive and friendly, the pilots are very professional and there is safe parking space in case they bring a car, plus they have very sociable rescued dogs.   My flight with Xplora Teotihuacan exceeded all expectations. Since arrival, the staff is attentive, organized and very oriented to the visitor experience. The whole process — registration, preparation and boarding — is efficient and very well coordinated. One of the best parts was the warmth of the team: always willing to answer questions, take pictures and make sure each passenger felt comfortable. The flight itself was spectacular. The morning views of the Teotihuacan Valley and the pyramids are something to live at least once in a lifetime, and the rider handled the course with great skill. In the end, the experience is complemented by additional activities, well-kept details and a festive atmosphere that makes the day even more special.   The experience itself is unforgettable: the quiet ascent, the feeling of floating over the landscape and the panoramas from the heights are forever recorded. Whether you are going alone, as a couple or with family, it is a plan that is very enjoyable and feels very well organized from start to finish. Pilots and operational staff are highly trained, caring and experienced, creating an environment of total confidence.
