  We had the best experience with Blackburn ski rental. They came with all the equipment to our hotel. Help us with it And made sure everything was demo it was supposed to be. Incredibly cute and helpful young men who helped us. The equipment was rearranged and lived up to our expectations. Can warmly recommend them to everyone

  Outstanding customer service from the entire team. Jason and Matt delivered the superb kit to my hotel and adjusted everything so it fitted perfectly. I asked to change the fitting date as well as the return date and they were 100% flexible which I greatly appreciate! When I went in with a couple of questions everyone was knowledgeable and helpful. I’ll be back there next winter - thanks! Stuart

• A great new experience for skiers from Europe

  We are from the UK, and therefore most of our skiing is in Europe, where hire-skis must be collected and returned to store, at the busiest times. However, by providing our details beforehand to Black Tie, skis and boots were delivered and fitted in our hotel the night before use, at an agreed time, a new experience for us. We were sceptical of how this could work, but it did; we were all (group of 5 adults) very pleased with the individual service provided by Isaac and Connor, and the quality of the equipment provided. At the end of the holiday, all equipment is collected from the hotel by Black Tie. Would definitely recommend using this service, super convenient and reliable.

  We ordered three sets of performance skis/poles and a performance snowboard and boots. We did it on-line and it was very easy to do. They contacted us in advance and booked us into a fitting session at their location in the Banff Park Lodge, which was right across from our hotel. They were ready when we arrived, they made sure we were happy with all of our equipment and the whole process was smooth and quick. The equipment was all great. It was also priced better than other suppliers in the area. They would have dropped off and picked up our equipment but it was so convenient that we walked it across the street to our hotel. Look no further than here.

  I ordered performance skis for my whole family for a short 2 day ski trip to Sunshine and Lake Louise (we brought along our own boots). My flight in got delayed for 8+ hours and luckily I was able to email Jason with my updates for delivery time of my skis and they managed to squeeze me in for a next day early morning delivery right to my hotel room, which was amazing. I didn't miss a minute of my ski day. The performance skis were perfect for the nice powder day we had (Salomon QST 92s for me and my teenage son). The skis were in very good condition, well waxed and had nice sharp edges. The only small glitch was that my son's ski bindings were set to the lowest setting and kept popping off his boots with minimal effort (we did tell them that he skis double blacks somewhat aggressively). Since I often tune and adjust my own skis routinely, I managed to get my own screwdriver and upped his DIN settings to tighten up the bindings to a proper number for his specs, and the rest of our ski day was fantastic. They did offer to readjust the bindings for you anytime, but you do have to call them back for it (not sure if they would come to the ski resort for you??). Overall a fantastic and friendly ski delivery service, and dropping off the skis was super easy as we just handed them to the hotel desk at the end of our ski day. We will definitely use these guys again for our next short ski trip to Banff area.

  Wow. We'll never rent at a lodge again. Jason could not have been more helpful or knowledgeable. The equipment was top-shelf. The convenience factor of being fitted perfectly in our hotel room was off the charts. Highly recommend!

  I cannot recommend this service highly enough. The quality of the skis and snowboard we rented was great and this was so much more convenient and personal than renting from the shop at the ski resort which is what I have done in the past. Jason brought the skis and snowboard right to our hotel and helped get us geared up and adjust everything exactly as we needed it. He even had additional sizes there with him since my boots were too small at first. We simply left our gear with the hotel concierge upon leaving and it was super simple. Thank you!
