新鮮な手作りラビオリとフェットゥチーネ、2つの伝統的なソース、そして地元の上質な食材を使ったクラシックティラミスを一から調理する方法を学びます。体験を通して、本物のジェラートの見分け方や、量産版との違いも知ることができます。

Laura was a great host/teacher. We really enjoyed the class. Be prepared to have some fun. A bit of chaos in the kitchen can be well worth the outputs. Be prepared to stay late if your group is having an absolute great time.
