  Highly recommend this experience! Knowledgeable and friendly guide take you through a series of breathtaking caves. It’s one amazing view after another! We then got to a small, secluded beach and were able to snorkel! It was the highlight of our Algarve trip!

  We had a fantastic time! Staff was professional, punctual, and sprinkled in some humour and history of the region while we toured. We were also fortunate to see many dolphins up close! We appreciated staff checking in on us, and their efforts to find dolphins for us to enjoy. We’d recommend this tour to anyone looking to enjoy the coast and caves!

  What a fantastic experience! There are a number of similar trips available but I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Nauticdrive boat trips. Bernard and Chico were perfect hosts; attentive, knowledgeable and humorous with many great stories and a real caring attitude to their guests. We had an exhilarating ride across the waves on a boat that, while small enough to venture in close to the caves and rock formations, is substantial enough that you never felt unsafe when the speed picked up. While never a promise, the guys worked hard (sharing information with other operators) to locate dolphins and we were lucky enough to spend 15 or 20 minutes watching and photographing these amazing creatures up close in the wild. When we next return to the Algarve we will definitely be making a repeat booking, it does your heart and soul the power of good!

  At first, we felt scared because of how fast the boat was going, it was fun anyway, it was worth it because in the end, we were able to see dolphins. The caves were impressive and the guide was very fun, a recommended tour.

  What an incredible experience with Nautic Drive! A huge thank you to Francisco (Xico), our captain, and Bernardo, our deckhand, for making this trip truly unforgettable. From the very beginning, it was clear that this would be much more than just a boat tour. Francisco (Xico) and Bernardo created a personalised experience that was engaging, informative, and enjoyable from start to finish. The sea conditions were quite challenging at times, but Francisco (Xico) handled the boat with exceptional skill, confidence, and professionalism. Watching him navigate the coastline and enter the caves with such precision was genuinely impressive and allowed us to enjoy these incredible natural wonders while feeling completely safe. Throughout the trip, both Francisco (Xico) and Bernardo were attentive to everyone’s comfort and well-being, regularly checking that everything was alright and ensuring that all passengers were having a great time. The complimentary water was a thoughtful touch and reflected the care they put into every aspect of the experience. We also thoroughly enjoyed learning about the history of the beaches, caves, and coastline. Their knowledge and passion for the Algarve added so much value to the tour and made it far more meaningful than a typical sightseeing trip. The highlight of the day was undoubtedly spotting dolphins. What made the moment even more special was that Francisco (Xico) found them independently, without following other boats or crowds. It felt like a truly authentic and magical wildlife encounter that we will never forget. And of course, we cannot forget the famous “reptile” joke inside Pombos Cave, which had everyone laughing and added a fun and relaxed atmosphere to the journey. Francisco (Xico) and Bernardo make an outstanding team: professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely dedicated to giving their guests the best possible experience. I would highly recommend Nautic Drive to anyone looking to explore the Algarve coastline with a crew that goes above and beyond. A five-star experience from beginning to end.   Booked a 9:30 am excursion. Received a confirmation email. Arrived at 9:00 am. No one at kiosk. Representative from Ocean Quest called, no 9:30 excursion scheduled. I booked an excursion with Ocean Quest. So glad I did, Ocean Quest excursion was awesome. My initial money was refunded.

  Such a fun experience flying across the ocean to find dolphins (they didn’t make an appearance) and explore some of the most amazing caves in the Algarve coast. One thing to note, because of the size of the boat it is hard to get into the caves but we got close! The guides were amazing. The morning waves were light but it is still exfoliating so be prepared for some choppiness.

  The day we went, the seas were a little rough, so if you have any littles children, elderly people, or people with physical limitations, keep in mind the rough seas could make the tour very uncomfortable. Also, it's a 2 1/2 hour tour with no access to bathrooms, so plan accordingly.
