  Whilst our older lady guide Charlene was very charming, knowledgeable and her stories often quite witty, the tour itself was very chaotic. We were met at the cruise port and all was good. However, when we dismounted the buses, the guides asked us to form groups of twenty persons and the guides started to hand out the "whisperers ". They did not check or ask who had paid for the walking tour only as opposed to who had paid for a walking tour AND a canal ride. The result was 20 minutes of absolute chaos, until they finally realised what had happened, but seemed incapable of resolving. The result was being left without a whisperer and many dissatisfied cruise passengers. The walking tour when we finally got going was good, as was the canal cruise. Our guide also gave good recommendations including Pralinetta, with a nice garden for handmade chocolates and drinks. Bruge was beautiful, but we would recommend that you look for a more organised company to guide you around!

  Our group tends to enjoy excursions that provide structure without being overly rigid, and this tour struck that balance nicely. The transportation and logistics were handled efficiently, making the day easy from start to finish. The canal cruise was peaceful and offered excellent views of Bruges' historic buildings and waterways. Afterwards, we appreciated having free time to explore independently, shop, and take photos. The city itself is easy to enjoy, and the excursion provided enough time to experience its charm without feeling rushed. It was a very enjoyable day out with friends.

  A group of us booked this excursion during a cruise stop and found it to be a very easy way to visit Bruges. Everything was organized clearly, which meant we could focus on enjoying the experience rather than worrying about logistics. The canal cruise gave us some fantastic views and plenty of opportunities for photos. It was nice to sit back and take in the scenery while learning a bit about the city. Afterwards, we had enough free time to wander through the streets, browse shops, and stop for snacks. The pace worked well for our group because it wasn't overly structured. We could enjoy the highlights while still having flexibility to do our own thing for part of the day.

  It is brief trip, which worked for us. We also took the canal cruise at the end, and it became the hghlight of our trip. I highly recommend staying in the centre so you can appreciate it at night when it is calmer.

  Traveling with children and older relatives often requires finding activities that suit different energy levels, and this excursion managed that very well. The transport arrangements were easy, and the schedule felt manageable throughout the day. The canal cruise was enjoyable for everyone. The children loved spotting bridges and boats, while the adults appreciated the beautiful views and historical surroundings. It was a relaxing way to see Bruges without too much walking. Once we reached the city center, we had time to explore at our own pace. There were plenty of places to stop, rest, and enjoy the atmosphere. Overall, it was a comfortable and memorable family outing.
