Citadel Kunya-ark

クニャ・アルク「古城」は、17世紀末の1686年から1688年にかけて、アヌシャカンの息子アランガカンによって建てられました。要塞の全体の大きさは130×93メートルです。要塞には、公式の接待用の広間、ハーンの執務室、モスク、造幣局、その他多くの付属建物がありました。今日、クニャ・アルク要塞の建物は、クリニショナ（応接室）、アク・シェイク・ボボの独房、警備室のある東門、夏と冬のモスクとハーレムなど、ほんのわずかです。アク・シェイク・ボボの独房は、アク・シェイク・ボボの住居でした。後に、監視塔と火薬を保管する倉庫として使われました。クリニショナの建物は、1686年から1688年にかけてアラン・カーンによって建てられました。しかし、18 世紀半ば、イラン人の侵攻により破壊されました。1804 年から 1806 年にかけて、エルタズールハンによって建物が建てられました。

Nilufar has truly exceptional knowledge. It was an absolute pleasure to listen to all the stories and insights she shared with us. It's our first trip to Uzbekistan and first stop was in Khiva. It's absolutely perfect visit for people who interested in history. The local guide provided an excellent tour and explained all our questions. We very happy to be there.

Excellent walking tour of Khiva. Our guide Nilufar showed us all the sights of the city as well as some hidden gems. A few times we were the only people at a beautiful location. Nilufar had great stories to tell about the city and its history. I definitely recommend this tour.

The guide (Maya) was great. Lots of information and very patient every time we wanted to stop and shop during the tour. They also planned our pick up and dropoff to airport and helped us to make dinner reservations. Definitely recommend doing khiva with a guide, the old city is a labyrinth of alleys and doorways.
A very nice experience that I fully recommend.

We went in Khiva only for a day but with the wonderful guide we had the possibility to see all and to know also history and legends of Khiva...5 stars for the perfect italian language of the guide!
