1.00The guide didn't even show up. I contacted the vendor and he advised the guide preferred to stay home and enjoy a day off. Then he said he didn't care if I left a bad review, so unprofessional! I can't imagine how he would react in an emergency, so in a way I'm glad the driver didn't show up, even though I didn't have anything else planned for the day and it was too late to plan anything, so it was a whole vacation day wasted. The vendor mentioned he's in the U.S. so he's not able to react or do anything if something happens, and anyway he doesn't care at all.
