  On Binran we were in a Resort. It spontaneously came up to take a look at some of the island. The weather wasn't very nice either. We could get a car with a driver within an hour. We had Koko. A friendly driver. Two things we wanted to see. The dunes and the blue lake. He himself has been able to show a little extra. Was a fun afternoon

  We booked a car with a driver for two days during our visit to Bintan Island. We had the pleasure of Arif on both days who couldn’t do enough to allow us to experience the sights, sounds and taste of the island. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he was accommodating with every request and made lots of suggestions to help create a great itinerary for the trip.   Yurnalis was our driver. Super nice and considerate. He looked over our ferry tickets as well to make sure we would make it on time. Also a good driver and knowledgable about the island. Thank you so much!

  I found out about Bintan Trans Pertama on Tripadvisor when planning for a family trip with my husband and my parents. Mr Wang or Rio corresponded with me over Whatsapp and it was an excellent choice. Rio was flexible and accomodating and we went to the Blue Lake, Sand Dune, kelong lunch and sleeping Buddha temple. Also brought us to buy some local souvenirs. We ended our day with a dinner at the Asun food court which was a change from the more expensive resort restaurant food. Very reasonable rate and would recommend Rio if you need a driver in Bintan.

  We got an excellent driver named Mr. Henri. Very punctual driver and a good photographer as well. Took us to a nice cafe for lunch . Henri is very flexible and accomodating guy. Thank you very much for a wonderful time. Highly recommended.

  Transport miss the pick up at BBT. After text to come hotel at 3pm to pick up to go round but came 20mins late and I had left in another transport. One thing for sure, will not recommend this transport service.

  We booked a car with a driver for a day trip (6-7 hours). The driver was on time. The car was as good as new, spacious and absolutely clean (Innova). The driver Yurnalis immediately made a pleasant and friendly impression on us. He was very accommodating. We discussed the route and he followed our wishes as best as possible. We had misjudged the time and distances a little. The Sea Gypsies in the far north and the temple complexes in the south of the island cannot be covered in one day from the Bintan resorts. We therefore deleted the Sea Gypsies from our tour. Nevertheless, it was a wonderful trip with many valuable impressions and events through the jungle, the hills and the other cultures of Indonesia. Yurnalis is a very calm and careful driver. We felt comfortable with him from the start. He never rushed us. We were able to take as much time as we wanted at the various places. Yurnalis gave us brief information about the sights here and there and was also very willing to answer our questions. Yurnalis speaks very good English. We got our money's worth and would book again immediately. Thank you for a wonderful day.

  We didn’t know where to go, but our driver, Dadang was very experienced. He recommended places of interest that my 87-year-old father can manage. At the blue lake and mini dessert, he helped us book a rickshaw so that my dad didn’t need to walk too much. He also brought us to the local markets and eateries. We had a wonderful time, thanks to Dadang. Highly recommended to those who are looking for authentic local experiences in Bintang.

  The driver was very prompt and even though it was raining heavily, the journey was safe. When the car couldn’t stop at the small streets of Tanjung Pinang, he came down and walk with us to the market which we wanted to go though it was raining.
