  After researching numerous options for our cruise stop in Sarandë, Albania, I booked a private 4x4 tour with Trojan Travel for our group of eight. We specifically wanted something different from the standard cruise excursions, and Trojan Travel exceeded every expectation. From the planning stage onward, Rayan was incredibly responsive and accommodating. He worked with us to create an experience that matched our group's interests rather than forcing us into a cookie-cutter itinerary. The result was one of the most enjoyable days of our entire trip. We escaped the crowds, explored fascinating areas that large tour buses couldn't reach, enjoyed a delicious local lunch, and gained genuine insight into Albanian culture and daily life. By the end of the day, it felt less like a tour and more like spending time with knowledgeable local friends who were proud to share their country. One important note for fellow cruise passengers: Trojan Travel was extremely reliable. Independent shore excursions can sometimes feel risky when ship departure times are involved, but they were very aware of our schedule and returned us to the port with plenty of time to spare. When our group compared notes at the end of our European itinerary, this excursion was unanimously voted the best tour we took, and Albania was voted the most interesting country we visited. A huge thank you to Rayan and Alejandro for creating such a memorable experience.   Me and my family of 4 people, 2 adults and 2 children of 5 and 7 years got a full day guided through southern Albania yesterday. We are incredibly happy with our day! Best day of the week holiday in Albania. Even the kids thought so. Our guide was incredibly professional and accommodating.
