シークレット・フード・ツアー・ボローニャ：忘れられない味体験をお届けします。
まずはモスタルダ・アッラ・ボロネーゼの伝統的なラヴィオラから。 その後、市内で最も古いサルーメリアを訪れ、地元の肉製品や有名なパスタについて学びます。

3.00It’s not a lot of tastings Example - no coffee - no cannoli - only one type of cheese - no formal sit down - no olives or olive oil I was excited about this tour because Bologna is supposed to be the food capital of Italy - this tour did not help me find that statement to be true

It was such a lovely way to experience the city and culture. He even gave us his personal recipe for ragu as well as a family recipe for torta di riso which was really generous!

5.00Matti was super friendly and so knowledgeable about bolognese food and its history. It was really interesting to learn about various local dishes and how they are made. He even gave us his personal recipe for ragu and his great grandma’s recipe for torta di riso which was very cool and generous of him. Such a fun way to experience the culture here!!
