マエラとヨガ – 身体と感覚を目覚めさせる (フランス語/英語/オランダ語) 説明（フランス語）： ヨガアライアンス認定講師のマエラの指導を受けながら、一つ一つの動きが内なる旅となる感覚体験をしましょう。 呼吸のリズムに合わせて、身体は開き、解放され、固定されます。 この練習では、ヴィンヤサの流動性、陰の深さ、ハタの穏やかさを組み合わせて、生命エネルギーを再び得ることができます。 魅惑的な自然環境の中で、姿勢、呼吸、沈黙を通して自分の存在を存分に体験してください。 ゆっくりとした時間、官能的な雰囲気、そして自由が共存する、純粋な存在感の瞬間。 マットは用意しております。

5.00Maella is a beautiful woman inside and out. We experienced a very special yoga morning with her on the rooftop of the calm & quiet Riad Palau. She is a very experienced yoga teacher an we were lucky to get a glimpse of her sound healing skills. It made our stay in Marrakesh an even more delightful and special stay.

5.00I had an amazing solo yoga soundbath session with Maella. She has warm energy like a big hug. I was so lost in the souks and she actually came to get me to take me to her Riad.She offered me a detox tea before the session. I love how she gave me an eye mask to put on during the soundbath. and she also gave me salt and incense for a cleansing bath when I get back to the states. I learned a few new techniques that I'll always remember. I had a spiritual awakening and saw my cousin who is now my ancestor. I was able to connect with her. Release my grief stress burnout and anxiety. I felt so balance. Morocco will always have a special place in my heart ❤️

5.00I spent an absolutely magical yoga day with a breathtaking view of the Atlas. We practiced two types of yoga as well as a meditation/relaxation session, and sound healing, which was extremely relaxing and rejuvenating 🧘’️✨ Maella was just amazing: attentive, caring and able to adapt to all levels. All good energies from start to finish. The group was in a small group, which makes the experience very family and authentic. You immediately feel comfortable and connected to others. And what about the place... it's just beautiful 😍 The meal was excellent, a huge bravo to the cook 👏 I recommend 100% this experience, and for sure: I will come back to book a full retreat

5.00Dear Maella, what a beautiful experience you created for us today! It was like walking into a true sanctuary, being cradled into peace and comfort with a delicious cup of tea, nurtured by the elements of water and air, all the senses moved by scents and sounds, perfectly challenging yet gentle asanas that noticeably cleared blocks and the sound bath that refilled the space inside and around us. It was truly magical! I want to come back again and again, but this one experience will stay with me for a long time. It was a true honor. With gratitude and grace, Katinka ❤️
