シンシナティの旧ブルックマン醸造所は、国内でも19番目に完全な醸造所跡の1つである。 この場所では1856年に醸造が始まり、100年近く続いた。 醸造所、モルトハウス、瓶詰め棟、厩舎、実家、発電所、地下のラゲリングセラーなど、醸造所の主要な構成要素のほとんどが現存しています！ 1950年に醸造業が停止した後、敷地の多くは1970年代のファウンテンワイナリーやシンシナティ風唐辛子や模擬亀汁の製造を専門とするワースモア食品会社の本社と生産施設など他の事業に転用された。
この場所は、これまでツアーに公開されておらず、ブルーイング・ヘリテージ・トレイルは、いくつかの建物の中や地下のラゲリング・セラーにお客様を連れてくることができるように、多くの作業をサイトの修復に費やしてきました。 非営利団体ならではのユニークな体験をどうぞお見逃しなく！

5.00We went on this tour with my 3 adult children. Lisa was our guide and she was very friendly & helpful. She did an excellent job sharing all the history. The tour was very interesting plus exciting that it included a beer. We loved getting the chance to go into the tunnels and see the original buildings. We are excited to explore more tours with the Brewing Heritage Trail group!

5.00What a great way to learn the history of Cincinnati - a city built on beer! We learned how the brewery grew over time and how it survived Prohibition. It is interesting to see the barrel vault ceilings where the lager was stored. Aaron was a great tour guide.
