5.00Tom provided an excellent chauffeur service for me while I was in Shanghai on a business trip. He was incredibly detail oriented and he ensured I got to each of my meetings with plenty of time to spare. I would highly recommend hiring him if you are visiting Shanghai!

5.00I have used Tom’s service in Shanghai several times...he or one of his associates has always been on time, professional, and courteous. The last thing I want when I land after a 14 hour flight from the US is confusion, chatter, or excessively loud phone conversations on the way to my hotel. If you have taken a less reputable car service anywhere in Asia you know EXACTLY what I’m talking about. This has NEVER happened with Tom. It is always quiet and peaceful....I’m so relaxed by the time I arrive at the Bund that I usually catch the late show at Jazz at Lincoln Center Shanghai, and the next morning have very little jet lag. That makes a huge difference with meetings the next day. Thank You Tom!

They were very easy to communicate with, prompt, reliable and when traveling in a different country it is nice to know that they were all taken care of. Over 15 trips/pickups made over a week and not one had a issue. Thank you Tom and your Team for your part in making this trip successful. I look forward to working with you again.

5.00Tom was excellent, friendly, and easy to deal with. He was quick to respond to all my requests (and last minute adjustments). I sent my itinerary in advance, and he was able to help me navigate six meetings in one day in Shanghai. His English is excellent, and he helped make it a flawless trip for me. I will certainly be using him again for future trips I take to Shanghai.

5.00I reached out to Tom about a week before I was traveling to China, which was quite late on my part. Tom responded almost immediately and put me in touch with one of his colleagues for three days of business transportation and I was paired with Leo. I cannot recommend Tom's company enough. The two of them were incredibly easy to speak with (English is absolutely perfect) and they met every need I had. Their vans were also sparkling clean and the price was incredibly fair!
