  Heineken Experience is a must-do if you come to Amsterdam. QR code for audio guide in French, phew..... Very convenient: the option to leave backpacks and jackets in a free and secure locker. The combo with the canal cruise is really convenient as the dock is a 10-minute walk away. Beautiful 1-hour cruise with an audio guide in French

  The canal cruise was well worth the add on, and was one of our highlights of Amsterdam. Our guide Jesse was very knowledgable and helpful. He made it a really enjoyable experience. There was also a couple of drinks included (with several choices available). If you are doing the Heineken experience then this add on is a must. Absolute bargain.

  Great experience, we especially appreciated the staff’s availability and kindness. Thank you Rodrigo for showing us part of the brewing process with passion and clarity. The boat trip was also fabulous thanks to the professionality and cordiality of Jessica and the captain. We recommend however not to choose the last slot of the day for the tour, as you end up being a little rushed and you can’t fully enjoy the interactive part of the Heineken experience.

  The Heineken experience was fun & I really enjoyed it. Was able to purchase tickets to the roof top & was glad I did , very cool place ! The canal tour was ok, I would have preferred a tour guide as opposed to a recording

  The tour was a combo tour. The Heineken experience and a 1 hour canal cruise. The Heineken tour was first, followed by a canal tour with Lovers Canal Cruises. We were expected to catch the canal cruise at a location that was over a 30 minute walk from the Heineken Experience. NOT CONVENIENT AT ALL!!! There were several other cruises offered directly outside the Heineken entrance. Why wouldb’t Viator have selected one of those companies instead????

  This combo tour is not worth the cost. Yes..Amsterdam is where Heineken was founded..but this ‘experience’ museum BS is waste of time! The can do so much more with the technology that is offered today to make this a memorable experience vs. time filling with lackluster information about the actual history of Heineken. The canal boat tour of 60 minutes is totally a separate experience and that made up for the Heineken tour that you can skip if you are not a Heineken fan.

  Hi, unfortunately I booked these for the WRONG date so never got to do this. Are they able to be transferred to Sunday 19 October at the same time?
