  NOTE! Not rating the experience itself. Nothing came of it. Apparently the actor and Tripadvisor are not in sync. We did not get a pick up time, had to ask someone at the reception of our hotel to contact them, and then we had to choose between two different times. At that point the day we were supposed to be picked up by taxi, the driver thought we were going zipline. He called someone (a woman) who told him there was no monster truck, they all thought we booked and pay for the zipline. Anyway, I got a quick refund.

  If zero rating was possible that’s what I’d give. I can’t rate something that didn’t happen. We are only away for 1 week so time is precious. We booked our trip in advance with Trip Advisor and paid in advance too. Trip Advisor were awful- I had to call & chase 3 times for confirmation and then a pick up time. Yesterday we got ready and were waiting, with two excited teens for our 10:45 pick up, confirmed by Trip Advisor the day before. We waited & waited- no one came. I then rang the local organiser who said no trip, truck was out of service and had been for a while! Rang Trip and the lady said that they’d emailed to tell me it was cancelled, I checked and the email had been sent but it was sent over 1/2 hr after we were due to be picked up. Not helpful! They agreed to refund me but it would take 7 days (we’d be back in UK by then) no alternative or compensation was offered. Our day was ruined and it was too late to get something else organised. I appreciate that trucks can break down but Trip should have been aware of this, the lady also told me they’d remove it from their site but I checked and trip is still available on there! Awful experience, very disappointed with Trip Advisor I’d expect better service from them

  Transportation from the hotel is offered. The welcome and service is very good, no complaints. There are even a few games available. As for the attraction, the hard circuit about 8min. It's impressive and really nice to do. Including the must-see photo shoot.* If I had to make a little constructive criticism, it would be to have seats covered with a little foam, to make it even more pleasant:-)

  Great experience, the kids (3 x 8YOs) absolutely loved it. The guys running it were fantastic. We were also picked up and dropped off from the hotel. Great way to fill in a few hours.
