Very good tour, bad tour operator

3.00Amazing beaches specially Malcapuya, nice tour guide. Nevertheless, do not advice to go with the tour operator that we chose (CTPH Tour), as we were very disappointed with some services provided by them: we had a tour with them the day before and they picked us up with a 40 minutes delay. After our complain, they came to pick us up for this new tour 30min in advance, which is also not acceptable. Also, the transfer was made by tuc-tuc and not air con van, as advertised. The boat was very old and with systematic engine problems, as in the previous tour. After 1 hour in the sea, the engine broke and we had to wait 2 hours to be rescued by a new boat, very similar but in a much better condition. We know that they use traditional and picturesque boats but it was clear that the operator was saving money as there were dozens of other boats for private tours (such as ours) that clearly were in a better state. Choose a different tour operator.
