• A very nice trip!

  There were only two of us on the road with the guide Martin. He was very nice, we had a good conversation the whole drive. Once in the village he guided us through and told us some interesting information. Since you can cross the Arctic Circle there, he offered to take a picture of us. He went to Snowman-World and Santa's, then left us alone so we could decide for ourselves what else we wanted to do. Snowman-World had an ice bar, a maze of snow and more. Visiting Santa was also very nice, he takes for any time and speaks many languages; you have time to talk to him briefly after taking the photo. Besides, you'd have Mrs. Claus can visit and take a reindeer sleigh ride. Of course, there are also cafes, restaurants and souvenir shops. A free VR experience could also be made. The people who work there were all incredibly nice. At the end there was a lunch together (a small buffet). All in all, we really enjoyed the trip!

  I visited the village at Easter 2025 with wife and two children. The climate (0 degrees), the sun (beautiful day) and the lack of snow have taken away some of the atmosphere of the place that is still worth a visit. Inside the village there are various places to visit even in this period: the husky park with newborn puppies and reindeer, to which you can feed. In short, it deserves a visit and a souvenir photo with Santa Claus.

  

  

  

• Dreadful and waste of time money and effort

  Tour started at 8:15 with the driver who was the only positive thing of the whole tour, spent 3 hours driving to the santas village where we was told to go immediately to santa to get our time, went to the front where the driver thought we had been pre booked at given a time already to which we hadn't so had to then join the back of the queue to which when we got the front of we was told infact we wouldn't be able to see santa at all because earliest time was 4 which we couldn't do as the tour ends at 3, we was supposed to have lunch booked and paid for which we didn't have as we decided to go queue for santa which was about 3 hours and again we didn't get to see because we got near the front and had to go catch the transfers home so my daughter was left distraught as we basically paid 613 for the 3 of us to drive for about 6 and half hours there and back combined and queue up and when I messaged asking for some sort of refund for the tour it was met with ignorance and told me that they let me know the night before to go straight to the santa which the driver did and still was told 4 o'clock, absolutely avoid this ignorance and find better tour company to use, best part is the driver who couldn't apologise enough and said he wanted to try sort a refund but of course he couldn't

  Arrived at the village, and unable to gain entry to the snowman world and asking for payment. Unable to gain entry to see santa as only available slot was 15.30 and pick up was 15.00hrs. Spent the first couple of hours stressed and trying to sort and contact the guide. My daughter was in tears.

  It was good but it would have been helpful to know the visit with Santa is based on first in first served as we ended up getting there too late to be able to see Santa because our guide said we had to leave at a set time and the only time to see Santa was after that time so we missed out and that was our main purpose for going to Santa Claus Village.
